I would like to say "Here we go again" but its like Here we go Still. We have
been on this Chevelle project for 3 years now and she is finally in paint. The
Motor City Shop had to breath a little paint fumes while my Little Brother Jeff
Diem (Alias Jethro) laid down a righteous Victory Red with White stripes job on
the 70 Velle... On top of that, 3 GALLONS of Dupont Chroma Premier clear and a
stupid amount of wet block sanding And there you have it, the makings of another
Woodward Avenue (yes, the one in Detroit) tire smoke'n machine. This is a 454
cubic inch version of the 70 Gas Guzzler and will be fitted with a Turbo 400,
3000 RPM stall and a 4.10:1 posi rear. And yes, plenty O'head and Camshaft!

All the detail work has been done and as you can see the trunk spatter paint is
complete. We are working on it as we have time, shooting for this years Woodward
Dream Cruise for its coming out party! Yep, its a complete frame off job and the
interior work will come next. Headliner, rear Package shelf complete with some
8" speakers and rear glass (after I apply some tint) will come next... Stay
Tuned!
