Blower Resistor and Connector Replacement Instructions

Needed Tools:
- 1/4 inch ratchet wrench w/ a 1 inch extension, 7mm & 5.5mm sockets
- Wire cutting pliers - Wire Stripper - Wire Crimping Tool - Heat Gun
- Utility Knife - Electrical Tape

Step 1 - Remove the Blower Circuit fuse - in the under hood fuse center on full size trucks (40 Green) - Disconnect the battery if you cannot find the fuse to avoid any doubt.

Step 2 - Remove 3 - 7mm head screws holding the IP Hush Panel to the lower Dash - (if you are careful, there is no need to remove this panel completely).

Step 3 - Remove the Blower Resistor - Disconnect the blower circuit from the Blower Motor (1) - Disconnect the 7 wire connector from the blower resistor (2) and remove two 5.5mm screws holding the blower resistor to the heater case (3)
